Basement 3

Client asked to convert his dark and dingy over cluttered basement to a retreat style space for his mom.  Space was designed using CAP (Certified Aging in Place) methods for now and if needed in the future; for instance a reinforced stairwell and 60 degree turning radius’s.  Mom loves her new home and couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome from the super graded sub floor to the ceiling tiles.
